Everyone makes mistakes, sometimes repeatedly, but as for most of us, we learn from them and try to avoid making them again. But for one special athlete,however, it is an everyday distraction.
The Florida State Seminoles have won 23 straight games and a national championship. They have a heisman trophy winner by the name of Jameis Winston. Winston is a franchise quarterback for the Seminoles, yet he has caused many problems off the field, giving his head coach more stress than a game its self, and leaving a lot of people hating him for being an idiot.
The problems Winston has caused the football program involve stealing pop from Burger King and crab legs from a grocery store, rape allegations, (still under investigation) from a former student, standing on a table and yelling in front of the Florida State student body, and also being linked to signing memorabilia for money.
His head coach Jimbo Fisher said "I do not think he did that. If he did I would know about it, but as far as I'm concerned he has no wrong doing of signing memorabilia for money."
Why is Jameis able to stay at Florida State? In games, he has found ways to win them and have a undefeated season with the program, won the Heisman trophy, and also won the BCS national championship against Auburn.
Why should Jameis leave Florida State? He should leave so he can get help and make sure he is not a distraction. In my opinion, he needs to grow up and stop being a kid and begging for attention when he can get help from other people, such as Herschel Walker and other famous athletes who have been in trouble.
Another reason is that he could lose his scholarship and not be on the team. This would mean he would not be allowed to be in the NFL, where it is a different level. It is like going from being a kid to being a man.
The last reason is that his troubled attitude does haunt him during games. Is losing games and losing faith from teammates, coaches, and the fans that attend the games worth it? Why Jameis?
He is a target for everyone, majority of the NFL players do not want him on their team due to the trouble he has caused.

There are two schools in the state of Mississippi that have done the unthinkable. Both are ranked one and three in the Associated Polls top 25. They have appeared on College Game Day and had Katy Perry and Jonathan Papelon as celebrity guest pickers, which pick winners of football games from schools around the country. Both have beaten the top teams in the polls, such as Louisana State University, Alabama, Auburn, and Texas A&M.
Who are these teams that have been good this year? Both teams are in-state rivals: Mississippi State and Ole Miss.
Mississippi State won at LSU, then knocked off Texas A&M and Auburn at home, raising them to #1 in the AP poll.
Ole Miss. shocked the world by upsetting Alabama then stunned the Aggies at Kyle Field, earning the right to be ranked #3.
These teams meet Nov. 29 at Mississippi State, but how did these teams get so good?
Mississippi State is coached by Dan Mullen, who was Tim Tebow's offensive coordinator at Florida. They have a quarterback named Dax Prescott who can run and throw the ball very effeciently. They have senior leadership on both sides of the ball on offense and defense, and they have an outstanding South Eastern Conference defense.
Ole Miss. is coached by Hugh Freeze, who coached Michael Oher in high school. They have Robert Nkemdiche, who was the number one defensive end prospect in 2012. The quarterback for the offense is Bo Wallace, who can throw the ball deep to open receivers.
Hugh Freeze has set up a good foundation for the football program and has them going in the right direction to win the SEC and College Football playoffs.
Why are these teams in the playoff discussion? Simple answer: they won the big games and shocked the world by upsetting top SEC teams in their division. Their next goal is to win the SEC championship, but only one of these teams will be in the playoffs and only one can win the SEC championship.
